SCOTT MARQUIS

Regional Vice President

Scott became regional vice president of E.S. Boulos in 2020. In this role, he is responsible for the overall strategic growth and well-being of all the regions. This includes operations, project management, safety, customer and labor relations, and all other aspects of the business. Scott came to E.S. Boulos in 1998 as a junior estimator and quickly trained to become a project manager.  For 13 years he managed a variety of commercial and industrial projects including but not limited to; power generation, high technology facilities, medical, institutional, pharmaceutical, and wastewater.  In 2013 Scott was promoted to operations manager overseeing multiple construction teams, processes, safety, and quality project delivery. 

With over 26 years of industry experience, Scott has extensive knowledge overseeing regional operations for commercial and industrial, substation, distribution, and telecommunication construction projects. Scott has an Associate Degree in electrical technology from Southern Maine Technical College and completed several NECA project management and estimating programs. He holds master electrician licenses in Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Vermont. Additionally, Scott supports the industry as a pension trustee for IBEW Local 490 and 1253. He is also an active member of the Local 490 Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC).

ADAM MANCINI

Director, Utility Division

Adam came to ESB in 2012 as an environmental and construction manager overseeing all civil construction activities and subcontractors. In 2017 he was promoted to his current position as director, of the utility division. His major responsibilities include leading and managing all activities and personnel associated with the successful development, planning, and implementation of projects. He is also accountable for the overall success of the division, as well as guiding and cultivating a positive, safe, and healthy workforce. 

Prior to joining ESB, Adam’s 25-plus-years of industry experience includes 13 years at various commercial construction companies as an estimator, senior project manager, and leadership roles in operations and business development. He has professional training and certifications in LEED AP, erosion control, trench excavation, safety, risk assessment, hazardous waste operations and emergency response, and is proficient with industry-leading project management tools. Adam earned his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, and his Bachelor of Science in natural resources from the University of Maine, Orono.

ALAN RAY

Financial Director

Alan joined ESB in 1998 as controller and CFO.  He assumed his director’s position in 2001. In 2015, he became Director of Finance and Administration as well as secretary of the Corporation upon the purchase of E.S. Boulos by MYR Group.  Alan is responsible for all ESB financial aspects including, business planning and analysis, customer and vendor financial relations, and strengthening financial policies and procedures. 

Alan is a highly qualified accounting and financial executive with more than 40 years of progressive financial experience. Prior to his tenure at ESB, he spent 15 years in roles of increasing responsibility with construction companies across Maine. His career is supported by a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Southern Maine, Portland.

WENDY DAVIDSON

Vice President, Business Development

Wendy joined MYR Group as vice president of business development in 2020, where she drives strategic growth by supporting all the MYR Group subsidiaries in the markets they serve. Wendy leads a dynamic team that develops new opportunities, fosters client relationships, and implements effective business strategies that respond to changing market demands, further establishing each subsidiary’s position as an innovative partner in the clean energy transformation.  

Throughout her 30-plus-year career, Wendy has held advisory and leadership roles in the energy and industrial construction markets. Before joining MYR Group, she led business development for Mortenson’s Wind Energy Group by building on her diverse experience gained in previous roles at Koch Industries and GE Capital and founding her own consulting practice. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University.

JOSH RAWLEY

Manager, Business Development

Josh joined MYR Group in 2019 as manager of business development, responsible for guiding and assisting subsidiaries to develop profitable market strategies in electrical utility construction throughout the Eastern U.S. Before coming to MYR Group, he spent six years at Burns & McDonnell as an electrical engineer where he led and managed substation and transmission design and engineering projects throughout the country.    

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He has engineering in training (EIT) certification from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) in preparation for becoming a registered professional engineer. He is also an active member of WIRES, a non-profit industry organization that advocates planning and investing in North America’s high-voltage transmission infrastructure, supporting clean energy integration.
