L.L. Bean Outsider  ^{Commercial & Industrial}

The LL Bean Outsider project is being completed in three phases to renovate 190,000 square-feet of existing single-story warehouse space and transform it into a 2-story 380,000 square-foot office facility. E.S. Boulos’ scope of work includes upgrades to the campus medium-voltage loop, new power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm system, and emergency generator.   

The renovation and expansion will transform a former warehouse into new, welcoming employee headquarters.  E.S. Boulos mobilized additional resources and manpower that allowed scheduled completion to be accelerated by more than a year to meet customer needs.
