Description: Completed in 2013, the facility is designed to produce advanced wound care products and was one of the first major projects to occur as part of the overall re-purposing of the Brunswick Naval Air Station. ESB completed all of the electrical work for the new construction project including procurement and installation of the 35kV primary electrical feed and pad mount transformer. The installation included electrical distribution, LVLC systems, PA system, fire alarm, access control and telecommunications.
After the base contract was completed ESB was selected to work directly with the owner for the fit up of the 35,000 sq. ft. production floor which included a walkable ceiling and custom designed raceway enclosures designed by ESB personnel to provide utility connections for the owners specialty equipment. ESB also completed the electrical installation of an automated conveyor system and robotic palletizer for their shipping department. Additionally ESB completed installation of a 500 kW diesel generator with NEMA 3R SE Rated ATS switch.
